Notes
- The player is given two copies of Void Shift at Start of Game in Normal mode.
- Banishing a minion removes it from play and does not trigger its Deathrattle. Afterwards, instead of being put in list of deaths, it is put in a unique list, consisting of only banished minions.
- After using Void Shift, all minions in the list of banished are removed.
Strategy
The easiest way to win in this fight is to get Cloak of Invisibility passive treasure which completely neutralizes Zuramat's hero power. He will cast Void Shift immediately after you'll play 3-4 minions regardless of their strength and even if he has minions on his own board. The rest of encounter isn't too difficult if your deck has enough strong minions and spells (+ Void Shift as last resort) to hold back the demons of Zuramat.
Anyway try to build a tempo-deck (preferably with AoE and removals) and pick th treasures that gives you immediate value whatever it is. For example, Rocket Backpacks will allow you to kill the minions fast, Glyph of Warding will rather slow Zuramat and also will not allow him to play Azari, the Devourer.

Lore
- Zuramat the Obliterator is a Voidlord boss located in Violet Hold.
- It took one hundred of Dalaran's finest to subdue Zuramat; it took twice as many to clear the carnage from the killing field. The Obliterator's malevolence gives pause even to mad Malygos, who considers the void lord's appetite for magic distasteful. But genocide makes strange bedfellows.
