Notes
- This card's ongoing effect specifically modifies the hunter Hero Powers Steady Shot and Ballista Shot,[1][2][3] allowing them to target, in addition to the enemy hero, any friendly or enemy minion.[4] In particular:
- Steamwheedle Sniper has no effect on any other Hero Power[1]. For example, it does not allow a player to choose the target of DIE, INSECT!.
- Hero Powers affected by Steamwheedle Sniper cannot be used to target their own hero.
- Steamwheedle Sniper's ongoing effect is visually displayed with a green sight over the Hero Power icon, if eligible.
Strategy
Dealing 2 damage to minions at will is exceedingly useful and does not require any combos. Play this with strong independent minions that don't need other cards to work (i.e. not Beasts), leaving mana open for snipes.

- The Steamwheedle Cartel is one of the largest and most successful of the Goblin Cartels in Undermine. It is a neutral organization that controls several cities and towns around the world, and has allied themselves with a number of other groups such as the Blackwater Raiders in Booty Bay. The Steamwheedle Cartel has made a great deal of profit from maintaining neutrality in the conflict between the Horde and the Alliance. Their services are always available to the highest bidder, employing anyone regardless of their affiliation if they can produce results.
Trivia
- The artwork for this card comes from the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game "Worldbreaker" series, for the card Kerzok Plixboom.
