Strategy
This card is a demonized 
Raid Leader, getting Stealth in exchange for 1 extra Mana. Because it can't be targeted, Sneaky Devil is much more likely to survive over multiple turns and so generate more value.
Being a small demon with an AoE-attack buff, Sneaky Devil fits perfectly into Demon variants of Zoo decks.
