How to get
Rain of Fire can be obtained through Descent of Dragons card packs, or through crafting.

Strategy
Rain of Fire is identical to Warrior's 
Whirlwind, but it damages both heroes as well as their minions. While it can be played for the same use as Whirlwind, the Warrior and Warlock classes have different playstyles and therefore use their respective spells in different ways. Warlocks can use Rain of Fire to activate self-damage triggers (e.g. 
Floating Watcher, 
Diseased Vulture or Zzeraku the Warped) or summon a bunch of Imp tokens and sacrifice them en masse to activate 
Blood Troll Sapper and 
Jumbo Imp. Since Rain of Fire also hits heroes, it can be boosted using Spell Damage, though beware of lowering your own health as well.
Lore
Rain of Fire is a level 38 Destruction Warlock ability. It rains fireballs in a selected area for 8 seconds.
