Strategy
Phantom Militia has stats similar to 
Squirming Tentacle with added flexibility. On top of being a solid 3-drop, especially in the Arena, it can be used to efficiently spend 6 or 9 mana as well. It's also very useful for fulfilling the requirements for 
Fire Plume's Heart.
