Strategy
A great tech card when Freeze Mage is a powerful archetype.
For most games, Living Dragonbreath is essentially a 3 mana 3/4 Elemental, which is decent but unremarkable. It's best suited in a midrange Elemental deck that can make use of the card's solid statline.
You could also use it to nullify the effects of 
Frozen Crusher and 
Hyldnir Frostrider, and the freezing effect of Cryostasis.
