- This card's ongoing effect specifically modifies the hunter Hero Powers
Steady Shot and Ballista Shot, allowing them to target, in addition to the enemy hero, any friendly or enemy minion. In particular:
- Has no effect on any other Hero Power. For example, it does not allow a player to choose the target of DIE, INSECT!.
