DIE, INSECT! is the replacement Hero Power of the Ragnaros the Firelord replacement hero, granted by 
Majordomo Executus' Deathrattle.
DIE, INSECT! is also used as the Normal mode Hero Power of the Ragnaros the Firelord boss in Blackrock Mountain.

"DIE, INSECT!" is a quote from the Ragnaros raid boss in the Molten Core in World of Warcraft, used whenever Ragnaros kills a player.
In Hearthstone the quote is also the triggered effect activation quote for 
Ragnaros the Firelord. The "uncorrupted" 
Ragnaros, Lightlord parodies the quote by shouting "LIVE, INSECT!" when its effect activates, but also says "DIE, INSECT!" when it attacks.
