Burning Adrenaline is a boss spell used by 
Vaelastrasz the Corrupt in Blackrock Mountain. It is not available to players.

In World of Warcraft, Burning Adrenaline is a debuff placed on players by Vaelastrasz during a raid of Blackwing Lair. Every 15 seconds, he uses the debuff to effectively turn the target into a ticking AoE time bomb.
