Summoned minions
Notes
- As with all summoning spells, the minions summoned by this card are always placed at the far right of the battlefield. The player cannot control their placement, although they can choose to play other minions after playing this spell, allowing for some degree of control over positioning.
Strategy
On its own, it is a very overpriced spell - it costs twice as much as 
Unleash the Hounds and the summoned Webspinners do not have Charge. It should be noted though, that Ball of Spiders always summons 3 minions, while the number of Hounds vary and unless Silenced or Transformed, each Webspinner's Deathrattle is going to generate a card. Since Webspinners are Beasts, they synergise very well with cards like Tundra Rhino, Scavenging Hyena, Starving Buzzard, Timber Wolf etc. In the right circumstances this synergy makes Ball of Spiders extremely powerful in mid- and late game.
As of The Grand Tournament there are 40 collectable Beasts, 8 of which are Legendary. Provided all three Webspinners trigger their Deathrattles, there is a 48.8% chance of receiving at least one Legendary Beast, and a 0.8% chance that all three drops are Legendary. In addition, there is a 7.3% chance of receiving at least one copy of any specific Beast.
