In WoW Rogues learn the below abilities at the specified level, regardless of specialization.

Pick Pocket (WoW)	Pick the target's pocket.	Echo: Add a random card to your hand (from your opponent's class)
Sprint (WoW)	Increases your movement speed by 70% for 8 sec.	Draw 4 cards.
Cheap Shot (WoW)	Stuns the target for 4 sec.	Echo: Deal 2 damage to a minion.
Vanish (WoW)	Allows you to vanish from sight, entering stealth while in combat.	Return all minions to their owner's hand.

Envenom (WoW)	Finishing move that drives your poisoned blades in deep, dealing instant Nature damage and increasing your poison application chance by 30%.	Give your weapon Poisonous.
Evasion (WoW)	Increases your dodge chance by 100% for 10 sec.	Secret: After your hero takes damage, become Immune this turn.
Poisoned Knife (WoW)	Throws a poison-coated knife, dealing (62.4% of attack power) damage and applying your active Lethal and Non-Lethal Poisons.	Your Hero Power gives this weapon +1 Attack instead of replacing it.
Shadowstep (WoW)	Step through the shadows to appear behind your target and gain 70% increased movement speed for 2 sec.	Return a friendly minion to your hand. It costs (2) less.
Seal Fate (WoW)	When you critically strike with a melee attack that generates combo points, you gain an additional combo point per critical strike.	Deal 3 damage to an undamaged character. Invoke Galakrond.
Fan of Knives (WoW)	Sprays knives at all targets within 10 yards and applying your active poisons at their normal rate.	Deal 1 damage to all enemy minions. Draw a card.
Vendetta (WoW)	Marks an target for death for 20 sec, increasing the damage of abilities and auto attacks by 30%, makes the target visible through concealments.	Deal 4 damage to a minion. Costs (0) if you're holding a card from another class.

Ambush(WoW)	Ambush the target, causing (450% of weapon damage) Physical damage.	Secret: After your opponent plays a minion, summon a 2/3 Ambusher with Poisonous.
Roll the Bones(WoW)	Finishing move that rolls the dice of fate, providing a random combat enhancement. Lasts longer per combo point:	Draw a card. If it has Deathrattle, cast this again.
Blade Flurry(WoW)	Melee attacks strike all nearby enemies for 30% of normal damage, but your Energy regeneration is reduced by 20%. Lasts until cancelled.	Destroy your weapon and deal its damage to all enemy minions.

Shadowstep(WoW)	Step through the shadows to appear behind your target and gain 70% increased movement speed for 2 sec.	Return a friendly minion to your hand. It costs (2) less.
Jade Shuriken(WoW)	Throws a shuriken at an enemy target for (120% of Attack power) Physical damage.	Deal 2 damage. Combo: Summon a Jade Golem.
Shadow Blades(WoW)	Empowers your weapon, causing auto attacks to deal Shadow damage and abilities that generate combo points to generate 1 additional combo point.	Battlecry: Your hero is Immune this turn.
Shadow Strike(WoW)	Strike through the shadows, dealing 850% Physical damage to your target.	Deal 5 damage to an undamaged character.
