How to get
Weaponized Wasp can be obtained through Saviors of Uldum card packs, or through crafting.

Strategy
The Weaponized Wasp's Battlecry can be rather powerful in early phases of the game, but only if a Lackey is already on the board. There are numerous ways to gain Lackeys early in the game as the Shaman, such as 
Sludge Slurper, EVIL Cable Rat and EVIL Totem.
It's particularly powerful in a deck running Corrupt the Waters, which can be used to both complete the quest and take advantage of Heart of Vir'naal. With it, Weaponized Wasp becomes a major source of serious direct damage.

- This card's flavor text references Dr. Evil's request for "sharks with frickin' laser beams attached to their heads" in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.
Lore
This wasp—unique to Hearthstone—is one of Hagatha's new secret weapons, the laser on its head having been provided by Blastmaster Boom.[1]
