Umbral Owl can be obtained through Madness at the Darkmoon Faire card packs, through crafting, or as an Arena reward. Regular Umbral Owl can also be obtained through the Highest Rank Bonus chest at the end of a Ranked season.

Strategy[edit | edit source]
Umbral Owl works well in a spell-heavy control Druid as an easy way to recover tempo after slow turns like Overgrowth ramp or an Overflow. You can quickly lower Umbral Owl's cost with other spell generating or cost-manipulating effects, like Nature Studies, Lunar Eclipse, and Bogbeam.
The card can work with Survival of the Fittest, potentially giving you a 0-mana 8/8 with Rush.
