Battlecry: Transform your Treans into 5/5 Ancients.
Honestly, his delivery is a little wooden.
How to get[edit | edit source]
Treespeaker can be obtained through Rastakhan's Rumble card packs, through crafting, or as an Arena reward. Golden Treespeaker can also be obtained through the Highest Rank Bonus chest at the end of each Ranked season.
Transformed minions[edit | edit source]
Notes[edit | edit source]
- Since Treespeaker transforms your Treants, they won't be able to attack on the same turn Treespeaker is played.
Strategy[edit | edit source]
Treespeaker is a powerful board generator for token-based decks that run a good number of Treants. By effectively adding +3/+3 to each Treant (and "healing" any 2/1 Treants), the amount of stats it puts on the board can range from "good" to "massive".
Because Treespeaker transforms Treants, it should be relevant to remember to attack with your Treants first, trade without killing them if necessary and only then play Treespeaker, then buff your Ancients with Power of the Wild or Branching Paths.
It has notable anti-synergy with Mulchmuncher, since destroyed Ancients do not count towards its mana cost reduction.
Quotes[edit | edit source]
- I speak for de trees.
- Let them grow!
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Treespeaker's summoning quote is a reference to the Dr. Seuss book The Lorax. The Lorax is a creature who fights against the deforestation of his homeland, and introduces himself with "I am the Lorax, I speak for the trees."
