Frothing Berserker full

Even after all these years, his blade still thirsts.

Tempo Warrior (also known as Aggro Warrior) is a Warrior deck type. It is a midrange Warrior build that gained popularity shortly before the release of the Standard format and was popular until the nerfs to LegacyFiery War Axe and LegacyExecute. Very similar in playstyle to later Rush Warrior, it utilized a powerful curve of minions to constantly pressure the opponent while using the excellent board control options available to warrior to keep ahead. Tempo Warrior was largely absent from the meta afterwards until Saviors of Uldum, largely in thanks to Saviors of UldumBloodsworn Mercenary.

Tempo Warrior heavily utilizes Enrage and related mechanics, such as draw from LegacyBattle Rage to cycle to its ultimate win condition, usually LegacyGrommash Hellscream. A collection of strong midrange minions like LegacyFrothing Berserker and Whispers of the Old GodsBloodhoof Brave allows Tempo Warrior to get extra value out of its small area of effect removals through their Enrage mechanics, and coupled with weapons and Rush minions lets them control the board effectively against non-swarming decks. Some variations to Tempo Warrior include the aggro Pirate package for early game tempo, Deathrattle package with Whispers of the Old GodsN'Zoth, the Corruptor as a midrange finisher, and the highlander variant featuring Saviors of UldumZephrys the Great to create lethal situations.

Bomb Warrior uses Rise of ShadowsWrenchcalibur and Rise of ShadowsClockwork Goblin to shuffle in Bombs, threatening a large amount of delayed damage over time. Galakrond Warrior runs Descent of DragonsGalakrond, the Unbreakable and Invoke cards to enable Descent of DragonsScion of Ruin, using them to overrun the board while also copying them to repeat playing them multiple times.

The deck shares a lot of similarities with the Wild exclusive deck Patron Warrior.
