This returns the page name for a given card ability based on its shorter name. Most names just pass through the template unchanged, but for some such as Windfury where that exact page name could not be used, this template provides the correct page name. This is used by {{Card infobox}} and {{Card infobox/layout}} to display links to the correct page and assign properties correctly.
