Cursed Blade[]

It seems to me that Cursed Blade does not grant any enchantment (e.g., if you cast Upgrade! on a Cursed Blade and mouse over it you will see only the Upgraded! enchantment in the enchantments list), but instead it works like other similar ongoing effects (Prophet Velen, Auchenai Soulpriest,...). Should we remove it from this list?

The enchantment itself seems to be that granted to the afflicted hero by the weapon's ongoing effect. This would make sense since the weapon doesn't have to be involved for the extra damage to be suffered. That said, it does seem that ongoing effects which affect heroes don't have associated enchantments. It's possible this is an exception, though. It's possible someone with logging could check whether the enchantment is being generated. In the meanwhile, the data came from the game itself, so unless we have good reason to believe it's been removed I'll keep it in place. When it comes to enchantments we're always running a risk of including removed ones, since it's pretty hard to check. -- Taohinton (talk) 04:57, 3 March 2016 (UTC)

Missing enchantments/cost reduction[]

Every 'missing' enchantment so far is a cost reduction effect. This could just be due to User:Elekim adding those ones all at once, but it makes me wonder: is an enchantment always necessary for cost reduction? Hardly any of the cards with cost reduction effects have any matching enchantments imported; none of the Giants, for example. Are all of these enchantments for some reason missing from the imported data, or is the game simply reducing cost without using enchantments? Poking User:Patashu for answers or speculation. -- Taohinton (talk) 22:58, 25 June 2016 (UTC)

Hmm, looks like Elekim believes the Giants reduce their cost through ongoing effects without using enchantments. That still leaves the others, though. -- Taohinton (talk) 23:02, 25 June 2016 (UTC)

Off the top of my head I don't know if there's an associated Enchantment for the Giants or not. I know about Kill Millhouse! for Millhouse Manastorm for example. --Patashu (talk) 23:46, 25 June 2016 (UTC)

Murozond effect doesn't match text[]

Murozond says "your turns will last 15 seconds", but the text entry in the table says "your turns will last 20 seconds". o.o Aegonostic (talk) 06:12, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

missing image hovers[]

I noticed when going to Mean Streets of Gadgetzan enchantment list and hovering over the Kooky Chemistry link (as you can also do here) there's a blurry red "missing image" link.

https://www.hearthpwn.com/cards/49766-kooky-chemistry does not appear to have a graphic for it...

https://hearthstone.buffed.de/en/card/Kooky-Chemistry-40286 on the other hand SEEMS to...

I'm not exactly sure how canon it is though...

Is it possible that's fanmade rather than a screenshot?

I don't even know how you'd actually acquire such a graphic... in what circumstances can a card be made out of that? How would you know it costs 0 mana?

It's not collectible, are there maybe some means of generating cards like this?

All I can figure is maybe if it shows up briefly as some kind of random effect like "cast random spell" or "get random spell card" which could explain why it's hard to find screenshots. Tycio (talk) 22:45, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
