Strategy
Stormhammer is an incredibly efficient weapon. It can be compared to 
Eaglehorn Bow, which likewise has "infinite" durability as long as you can keep its condition fulfilled. Unlike Eaglehorn Bow, Stormhammer's condition can be harder to keep up, since your opponent can keep your board clear of dragons more easily than they can remove your Secrets without buffing Eaglehorn.
If you can keep a dragon on board, Stormhammer provides 3 free damage every single turn, which can keep midrange threats at bay or put a massive amount of pressure on your opponent.
In the worst case, Stormhammer is a Fiery War Axe, which is still a reasonably powerful weapon.
