How to get
Two copies of regular Spectral Knight are obtained by defeating 
Gothik the Harvester in Curse of Naxxramas's Military Quarter.
As a Wild-format card, both regular and golden versions of Spectral Knight can also be crafted for the following amounts:

Strategy
The Spectral Knight is effectively a stronger 
Faerie Dragon, preventing itself from being targeted by spells and hero powers while offering appropriate stats for its manacost. Being immune to the majority of removal allows the Spectral Knight to generally control how it fights and trades against the opponent's board, which can be a great advantage.
Granting the Spectral Knight Taunt through methods such as a Sunfury Protector or Defender of Argus is highly effective, creating a defensive wall that must be cleared through minion attacks alone.
