Strategy
This card is a strictly upgraded version of 
Shatter; they share the same effect of destroying a frozen minion, but still has applicability as a 2-mana 
Freezing Potion.
With the same tactic of using Shatter, this can be combo'd with 
Glacial Shard or Freezing Potion to make a 2-3 mana 
Assassinate.
