How to get
Renew can be obtained through Ashes of Outland card packs, through crafting, or as an Arena reward.

Strategy
While the healing aspect of Renew is fairly lackluster, losing 2 healing over 
Flash Heal and costing 1 more than 
Regenerate, the usefulness of the card is the free spell it provides. This allows it to flexibly search for removal or a buff card while still restoring a bit of health. Renew is strong when paired with Sethekk Veilweaver, creating two spells with one.
Remember that Renew can be cast on undamaged targets, making it 1 mana Discover a spell at the very worst.
Lore
Renew is a Holy priest ability that heals an ally for a reasonable amount over 15 seconds.
