Deathrattle: Give a random friendly Mech +2/+2.
People assume that shamans control the elements, but really, they have to ask them stuff and the elements are like, "Yeah ok, sure."
Powermace is a rare shaman weapon card, from the Goblins vs Gnomes set.
How to get[edit | edit source]
Powermace can be obtained through Goblins vs Gnomes card packs, or through crafting.
Card | Crafting cost | Disenchanting |
---|---|---|
Powermace | 100 | 20 |
Golden Powermace | 800 | 100 |
Fixed bugs[edit | edit source]
- As of Patch 4.3.0.12266 (2016-04-14), like effects such as Avenge and Dark Cultist, Powermace can buff a 0 or lower Health Mech and thus save it from dying (if the Powermace trigger and the damage are in the same Phase).[1]
Strategy[edit | edit source]
Shaman decks do not have much special synergy with Mech minions compared to some other classes, but the single unique Mech they do have - Whirling Zap-o-matic - synergises particularly well with Powermace's Deathrattle thanks to its Windfury, bumping it up in power to be equal to a Dunemaul Shaman without the drawback of Forgetful.
When used with strong neutral Mech minions such as Piloted Shredder and Spider Tank, the Powermace can be the backbone of an aggressive Shaman deck. The weapon itself is best used to clear the enemy's board, leaving yours free to attack.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The artwork for this card comes from the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game "Worldbreaker" series, for the card Devout Aurastone Hammer.
