Trivia[]
- The Needy Hunter references a time in World of Warcraft where hunters equipped melee weapons simply for their stats. This made many weapons that other classes could use a hunter weapon, and so a hunter would most likely call "need" on a weapon. The result was that hunters stopped being invited to raids, as the other classes didn't want hunters to take their weapons. Thus, the Needy Hunter was born.
- The card art depicts a night elf hunter putting a plate helm in his bag. In World of Warcraft, hunters can't equip plate, so this one likely rolled "need" on a helm he doesn't actually need, intending to sell it.
