Legacy of the Emperor was a monk ability in World of Warcraft which gave a small buff to a friendly target's Strength, Agility, and Intellect stats. The description of the ability made clear that the "Emperor" referred to was Shaohao, the last emperor of the Pandaren Empire.

Trivia

The artwork for this card comes from the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game "Drums of War" series, for the card Pandamonium.

The artwork is evidently meant to represent the iconic Storm, Earth, and Fire ability first used by the Pandaren Brewmaster hero unit in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.
