Karl the Savior is a paladin hero that the player can control during the George the Fallen encounter in League of Explorers portion of the Galakrond's Awakening adventure, as the first encounter of the fourth chapter.

The pair were encountered together as a boss during the Kobolds & Catacombs adventure Dungeon Run as 
George and Karl.
Karl the Lost is a card used by Sir Finley during the Saviors of Uldum adventure Tombs of Terror.
Following the events of LOE's 1st encounter in the 4th chapter, in the 1st encounter of E.V.I.L in the 4th chapter Rakanishu fights George and Karl together as a boss, like in Dungeon Run.
Here High Five! (Swap to Karl) is played by George and Karl to swap to Karl and George.
