Notes[edit | edit source]

Strategy[edit | edit source]

At the beginning of each of the boss' turns, a Discover-like interface will display up to 4 cards in his hand that he has enough mana to play on that turn. (If, on an early turn, the boss has no playable cards in hand, nothing happens.) The player can then select one of the cards. After that, if the boss plays the chosen card at any point during that turn, it is countered without any consequences - battlecries and deathrattles don't trigger (which is very useful if you're fighting in Chapter 3), spells are cancelling.

Normal[edit | edit source]

Despite the fact Jythiros's deck has quite strong cards of all 9 classes, the fight is not difficult and can be won even with your wrong predictions due to the information about the cards in your opponent's hand and his predictability. He prefers to play minions and сast only if spell is a lot stronger than minion or minion can't save him from some damage.

Heroic[edit | edit source]

Power of Jythiros's heroic deck significantly prevails most of your treasures and passives so banishing the cards is the only way to win unless you have fast and strong tempo-deck with Elixir of Vim or Scepter of Summoning. If Jythiros is encoutnered on level 6 and you see he has Astral Portal, Crusty the Crustacean or Portable Ice Wall in hand, he'll play one of these cards firstly and Tracking Device secondly. Also if he has a choise between two minions he'll play a minion with higher Attack (Zephrys the Great instead of Pyros, Nalaa the Redeemer instead of Sylvanas Windrunner etc.). Overall Jythiros is oriented to board spam and cast only if summoned minions wouldn't give him much value.
