Dormant for 2 turns. When this awakens, summon two 1/1 Murlocs.

Imprisoned for ten thousand years! Not because it's a demon. Because of the dancing.

Strategy[edit | edit source]

If played on turn 1, this will awaken as a free Microtech Controller on turn 3 that also has Murloc synergies. However, its awakening is very easy to predict, letting the opponent prepare to deal with the three minions. It's also a horrible topdeck, since its body is less than impressive and the dormant waiting period is cripplingly slow for Murloc decks.

Imprisoned Sungill can be followed by a Coldlight Seer the same turn it awakens, making the minions much harder to remove.

Lore[edit | edit source]

The Sungill are unique to Hearthstone. They're a group of murlocs that crossed through the Dark Portal, and are led by Murgur Murgurgle.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • This is the only Imprisoned minion introduced in Ashes of Outland to not be a Demon. This is most likely for flavor reasons, since it would be strange for Paladins to have a Demon minion in their class.
