Icehowl is a legendary neutral minion card, from the Grand Tournament set.
How to get[edit | edit source]
Icehowl can be obtained through The Grand Tournament card packs, or through crafting.
Card | Crafting cost | Disenchanting |
---|---|---|
Icehowl | 1600 | 400 |
Golden Icehowl | 3200 | 1600 |
Notes[edit | edit source]
- Icehowl cannot be commanded to attack heroes. However, he can be redirected through effects such as Mogor the Ogre's forgetful effect, causing him to attack a hero.[1]
Strategy[edit | edit source]
Most likely viable in druid decks due to the class's lack of good hard removal options and their ability to ramp mana.
Also, this minion can be Silenced on the next turn to quickly damage the opponent's Health.
This card is almost strictly worse then Fizzy Elemental, which has Taunt, is an Elemental, and can attack face on future turns.
Lore[edit | edit source]
From Wowpedia:
- Icehowl is part of the Beasts of Northrend encounter in the Crusaders' Coliseum.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- This card's flavor text is a reference to Target Corporation, an American retailing company.
