Hearthstone is an uncollectible neutral spell card, from the Saviors of Uldum set. It can be drafted as a treasure in a Tombs of Terror run.

- Upon using the Hearthstone, player will leave the game and visit a tavern where can tinker with a deck. Afterwards, proceeds as normal but can get different bosses to fight than did the previous time.
- When used while battling a Plague Lord, the damage done to it will be retained.
- When used with the Bountiful Anomaly and this card isn't in the player's starting nine cards, then this will be the tenth card in their hand and the player will immediately mill their next card.
- If used while battling with a boss that can be encountered at two different levels, the corresponding boss will no longer appear neither at the level where a battle is taking place and at the higher level (for example, if used against
Battrund at level 3, this boss will no longer appear at 3rd or 4th level). - Bosses can acquire and use this card, however it has no effect apart from other cards or passive bonuses that benefit from casting spells
- If copied through various means, the duplicate will work the same as the original. Using the duplicate does not remove the original copy from your deck, allowing continuous trips to the tavern to edit your deck.
