Haunting Visions is an epic shaman spell card, from the Rastakhan's Rumble set.

How to get[edit | edit source]

Haunting Visions can be obtained through Rastakhan's Rumble card packs, through crafting, or as an Arena reward. Golden Haunting Visions can also be obtained through the Highest Rank Bonus chest at the end of each Ranked season.

Strategy[edit | edit source]

Haunting Visions is a spell-generating spell comparable to Primordial Glyph. Although less powerful since the mana cost reduction must be used on the same turn, it's less restricted to your Discovery choices and is more flexible when you have multiple spells in your hand that you intend to use, essentially giving you a free spell on the same turn. This makes Haunting Vision better for decks that run multiple mid to high-cost spells. Otherwise, Vulpera Scoundrel is a better option. It combos well with Spirit of the Frog for drawing out Hex, which you can then play for 1 Mana and draw a 2-cost spell.

Be sure to never use The Coin to play a spell that you're 1 mana short of casting right after playing Haunting Visions, or the mana discount goes to waste.

Deal 2 damage to 2 random enemy minions. Overload: (2) If you combine it with Spooned Lightning and Knived Lightning, you have the full dining set.

Totemic Smash Common Shaman 1
Deal 2 damage.
Overkill: Summon a basic Totem. Trolls are the first group to have a totem survive atmospheric re-entry.

Summon two 2/3 Spirit Wolves with Taunt. Overload: (2) Spirit wolves are like regular wolves with pom-poms.

Deal 5 damage. Overload: (2) It's like an ocean of liquid magma in your mouth!

Deal 2-3 damage to all enemy minions. Overload: (2) An umbrella won't be effective, I'm afraid.

Big Bad Voodoo Epic Shaman 2
Give a friendly minion "Deathrattle: Summon a random minion that costs (1) more." Murlocs practice Small Nice Voodoo.
Witch's Brew Epic Shaman 2
Restore 4 Health. Repeatable this turn. The swill has eyes!
Far Sight Epic Shaman 3
Draw a card. That card costs (3) less. Drek'thar can't see, but he can see. You know what I mean? It's ok if you don't.
