How to get[edit | edit source]
Two copies of Hand of Protection are automatically included in all players' collections upon unlocking the paladin class.
Two Golden copies of Hand of Protection are a reward for raising a paladin to levels 23 and 26.
Hand of Protection is uncraftable and cannot be crafted or disenchanted.
Strategy[edit | edit source]
Hand of Protection is a relatively cheap way to save a minion from potential death or force a favorable trade. Divine Shield can be placed on a friendly or even an enemy minion to shield it from a single attack. This card can be used even if a minion has lost their own Divine Shield, and is useful in preparation for a Blood Knight.
Lore[edit | edit source]

From Wowpedia:
- Hand of Protection is a paladin spell that protects the target from all physical attacks for 10 seconds, but also prevents from them using physical attacks or abilities for that time. Players may only have one Hand on them per paladin at any time. Hand of Protection also places the 1 minute Forbearance debuff on the target, and cannot be used on targets with Forbearance.
