Flik Skyshiv, Grand Empress Shek'zara's Battlecry is based on the selected card's name, drawing all cards in your deck with the same name as the chosen card, even different versions of it. The Discover interface may show different versions of cards with the same name, but they will all draw with the same results.[1]
