George's Hero Powers synergies well with the many Paladin archtypes that can form in the Dalaran Heist. Reinforce can cause pressure, and is a solid choice. Backup gives you a net worth of +1 Silver Hand Recruits, and works great with Hand Buff Paladin type decks. Boon of Light, just like it's role in his Kobolds and Catacombs Boss encounter and Battlegrounds Hero Power gives your minions longevity and synergies with Divine Shield minion decks. The Anomalies that can appear usually support George, like Anomaly - Fishy adding Murloc synergy, or Anomaly - Growing buffing your small minions more.


George and his friend Karl were first mentioned in Lost in the Jungle and Vinecleaver's flavor text as a running gag. The two later make an appearance as a boss in Dungeon Run.

It was implied that Karl was unable to escape from the Kobold Empire, however it appears he survived and made it to Uldum! Karl the Lost features as a signature treasure of Sir Finley in the Saviors of Uldum solo adventure.

George was later recruited by the League of E.V.I.L. as a henchman, seeking to avenge his fallen comrade.

In Galakrond's Awakening, they reunite, and George switches sides to join The League of Explorers in their fight v.s. the League of E.V.I.L.
