Flame Wreath is a boss spell used in the Heroic mode 
Shade of Aran encounter in One Night in Karazhan.

During the Shade of Aran fight, he would cast Flame Wreath and if anyone moved, the raid would wipe. What was suppose to happen is that only one would have had the affect on him. This was a bug that spawn the well known chant. The card pays homage to this.
