Fiendish Servant is a Tier 1 minion in the Battlegrounds game mode.

Strategy[edit | edit source]

Fiendish Servant is a weak minion on the first combat, however his deathrattle makes him a decent investment for later rounds. It is best placed at the left-end where he can be used to clear a divine shield and give his attack to a larger minion, or multiple minions if golden.

Fiendish servant is an excellent recipient of buffs such as those from Nathrezim Overseer, Crystalweaver, Wax Warband, and Bloodfury, as not only are you buffing his attack, but also the amount of attack that his deathrattle passes onto to other minions, and should definitely be given taunt if possible to ensure that he dies early in combat. A golden Fiendish servant with heavy buff investment together with Baron Rivendare causes this minion's deathrattle to be passed on four times - even six times if Rivendare is golden itself - resulting in a board that can potentially trade against multiple high health minions without relying as heavily on poison.

In beast armies he can be used to increase Rat Pack's attack during early rounds to summon more 1/1 rats than usual since conventional beast buffs aren't normally available yet.
