Sean "Day[9]" Plott, is an e-sports commentator and professional games player. Best-known for his involvement with Starcraft II, he is also a well-known player in the Hearthstone community.

During the game's closed beta, Day[9] was one of 8 players invited by Blizzard to participate in the 2013 Hearthstone Innkeeper's Invitational at Blizzcon. Day[9] was defeated 1-3 by Reckful in the first round. Notably, he was the only player defeated in the first round to win a game against their opponent, with all others losing 3-0.
He also started a weekly Hearthstone show [1], Day[9]'s Hearthstone Decktacular, where he plays a deck and discusses it.
