How to get
Carnival Barker can be obtained through Madness at the Darkmoon Faire card packs, through crafting, or as an Arena reward. Regular Carnival Barker can also be obtained through the Highest Rank Bonus chest at the end of a Ranked season.

Strategy
Carnival Barker's effect is similar to 
Steward of Darkshire, giving minions that would normally only have 1 Health more durability. Instead of Divine Shield, they gain stats. Because this is a Paladin card, Silver Hand Recruits work well with it, allowing them to become harder to take out and do more damage. Cards such as Day at the Faire and 
Air Raid become much more powerful.
