Bolvar, Fireblood is a Tier 4 minion in the Battlegrounds game mode.

Strategy

Bolvar needs a composition with multiple Divine Shield minions in order to be effective. In the early stages, he can suffice even if you have two or three other Divine Shield minions. However, if you wish to use him at the late game, you will need all the Divine Shields you can get, and tripling him is highly recommended. Bronze Warden, Selfless Hero, and Deflect-o-Bot with a few Mechs are powerful allies for Bolvar.

Bolvar's lack of tribe makes him difficult to buff, so heroes who can buff Bolvar like Edwin VanCleef and King Mukla are much more effective at using Bolvar. Also Bolvar should not be given Taunt so that he can get buffed from other removed Divine Shields as much as possible first.
