Becca Abel is a former Blizzard employee who served as a technical artist on the Team 5 Hearthstone development team.[1]
In May 2018, Becca Abel left Blizzard and joined Sony.[2]

- Abel was responsible for
Bolvar Fordragon's visual effect, the first effect in the game to vary depending on the conditions under which it is played.[4] In this case, the lion's head visual effect produced upon summoning Bolvar is larger and brighter the higher his starting Attack.
- Abel was involved in creating the battlefield bonus features or "clickables".[1]
